Shipping Your Order
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Packages are shipped via Colissimo (La Poste) or Mondial Relay, with tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and transport. Preparation fees are fixed; transport costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order—it is not possible to combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each order.
Packaging and Protection
Special care is taken with fragile items. Your items are packaged in boxes appropriately sized to ensure optimal protection during transport. Packages are shipped at the buyer's risk once handed over to the carrier.

Pick-up at an event
CAC Éditions regularly participates in events and trade shows. You can choose the in-person pickup option at these events, which reduces shipping costs to €0. Online payment is required at the time of ordering, regardless of the delivery method chosen. Dates and locations of upcoming events are announced on our social media and online store.
International delivery
CAC Éditions ships worldwide via Colissimo International (La Poste). Estimated delivery times are as follows:
