Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union

In accordance with current European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers residing in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of their order, without having to justify their decision.
