Story of Eowyn
Éowyn is a fictional character appearing in the novel The Lord of the Rings by British writer J. R. R. Tolkien.
Belonging to the Rohirrim nobility, Lady Éowyn looked after her uncle Théoden for years, the latter being secretly influenced by Saruman. Disguised as a man, she participated in the War of the Ring and, during the Battle of the Pelennor Fields, she fought, aided by Meriadoc Brandibouc, the Witch-King of Angmar, leader of the Nazgûl and principal servant of Sauron, to finally defeat him. After the war, she married Prince Faramir of Gondor.
Manufacturer Weta Workshop
The famous New Zealand company gained its reputation with its participation in the special effects, makeup, sets, etc. of the Lord of the Rings trilogy directed by Peter Jackson. Another branch of Weta, La Weta Collectibles, also shone on the derivatives market thanks to the film The Lord of the Rings in the years 2000 – 2005, distributed by the American manufacturer Sideshow Collectibles. After stopping the development of its flagship Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit license, Weta Collectibles returned to the derivative product market two years ago by diversifying the exploitation of its range and the variety of its licenses (District 9 , Tintin, Doctor Who, Halo...).
